Working with Krista has been one of the highlights of my year! I am getting great return on my investment. I appreciate my relationship with Krista. When I bought a waterfront home, my first desire was to have it become a resort for my day to day living. Unfortunately, the home was not designed or decorated to meet this need. I knew there would have to be lots of changes inside and out, but I had no idea where to start. I asked KD Designs if they could help make my dream a reality and they said “of course, that is what we do!” Over the next 4 months, my house went through an amazing transformations inside and outside. Many amazing concepts were introduced, including a redesign of the master bathroom which provided an expansive shower and tub that has an unobstructed view of the waterfront. In addition, KD Designs provided all the furniture, draperies, the paint color scheme for the entire house, and very specific details to make this house feel like a resort. They made a great use of the space I had to work with and this included a gym right off of the master bedroom with a sauna.

In addition to all of this, KD Designs led the design project for my outdoor space to match a resort experience including the selection of all of the pavers, patio design and layout, pool, outside kitchen are and firepit. All of these features transformed my outside space to truly feel like a resort. Landscape design was a significant part of this project, as well their understanding of the waterfront limitation and permitting requirements. KD Designs managed all of this for me and I will continue to use KD Designs on all of my future property development. After all, to design my home in a way that makes me never want to leave it can only be seen as a successful endeavor.

It was such a pleasure working with Krista from KD Designs. She was very attentive to my budget and needs in decorating my bedroom in my new home. Krista did such a great job bringing everything together from furnishings, window treatments and floor covering, and also had great ideas for the finishing touches. She is delightful to work with and very professional. I was so pleased with her work, she is now designing a major renovation to my bathroom. I’m exciting to get started on this new project with her.

A BIG Thank You to Krista Romer at KD Designs! We had the opportunity to work with Ms. Romer in the Spring of 2018. We are a contracting company and were working a really big job hundreds of miles away from our home base. When we got to the job site, we had a lot of questions about the job. Ms. Romer was there working with the homeowner on the interior design in the home. She was able to help us do our job better by helping us understand the homeowner’s needs and the overall scope of the design project. Krista with KD Designs – Decorating Den Interiors…SHE IS YOUR GO-TO DESIGNER!! During the middle of a complete home remodel, my kitchen and dining room were scheduled to be painted the next day and I still hadn’t settled on a paint color. I just wasn’t feeling my own choices and I had been trying to figure it out for months. I wasn’t sure how to articulate exactly what I wanted but now I needed to make a decision quickly. Krista made herself available quickly and was able to listen and understand what I was trying to convey. She picked the perfect paint colors and created exactly the look I had in my head! We LOVE the results! I will use Krista for all of my future design needs!

KD Designs – Decorating Den Interiors is AMAZING! We purchased a semi-open concept home and could not figure out how to decorate it or how to paint it to separate the rooms. Krista had the perfect solution. We love it! The design flow and room transitions she created work beautifully in our home.
