Project Overview:

Welcome to a waterfront oasis in Annapolis, Maryland, where the beauty of nature seamlessly blends with elegant interior design. This newly transformed space captures the essence of coastal living while providing a sanctuary of comfort and style.

Upon entering, your eyes are drawn to the magnificent transformation of the once imposing brick fireplace wall. What was once a solid, painted monolith has been reborn as a work of art. A custom, stacked wood feature wall now commands attention, dividing the space into distinct zones. On the left, a sleek fireplace with a custom stone hearth and to the right, a captivating art wall showcases a piece from a local artist.

Nestled beneath the artwork is a custom bench seat, offering a cozy nook to immerse oneself in the tranquil surroundings. The combination of open shelving and closed storage provides both display space for cherished mementos and discreet organization for everyday essentials. The hardware, with its exquisite detailing, adds a touch of sophistication to the ensemble.

As you venture further into the room, your feet sink into the comfort of a hand-knotted rug, reminiscent of a calm ocean reflecting the sky. Its color palette of blues, cream, and yellow anchors the expansive seating area, creating a serene focal point. Twin sofas in a luscious shade of blue beckon guests to sink into their luxurious cushions.

In this newly designed space, every element has been meticulously chosen to create a harmonious blend of coastal charm and contemporary elegance.
