Project Overview:

The entire main level of this waterfront property has undergone a stunning metamorphosis, embracing a light and airy coastal feel. The space now welcomes comfortable seating arrangements that are perfect for family gatherings and entertainment. The former traditional fireplace has been refaced with glossy oversized patterned white tiles that shimmer and gleam in the reflection of the water just outside the windows, adding a touch of sophistication and modernity. A carefully selected palette of blues, creams, and soft brushed gold creates a soothing ambiance that perfectly complements the coastal theme.

In the heart of the home stands a magnificent, curved staircase, serving as both a functional element and a design statement. Here, a cozy reading nook awaits, an unexpected combination of textures and colors. A plush cream swivel chair beckons you to sink into its embrace, while a rich, leather cognac hassock provides a luxurious footrest and additional seating. An unexpected brown and white hide rug grounds the space, adding a touch of warmth and natural beauty.

One of the most remarkable transformations takes place in a previously neglected sitting room located at the front of the house. This small area has been reborn as a luxurious dining space, capable of comfortably seating six guests. The walls in this dining area are adorned in a deep shade of teal, injecting a sense of drama and depth. At the end of the room hangs an oversized abstract artwork, a mesmerizing display of golds, blues, and creams. 

Each area in this open concept floor plan seamlessly flows into the next, thanks to the thoughtful design choices that tie everything together beautifully. With meticulous attention to detail, the entire main level of this waterfront property has been transformed into a haven of coastal bliss.
