Project Overview:

Step into the transformed realm of this 1973 one-bedroom/studio condo. With a modest footprint of just 486 square feet, the challenge was to maximize every inch of space, creating a cozy retreat for family gatherings and a tranquil study haven. Drawing inspiration from the Annapolitan aesthetic, this design radiates timeless elegance with a relaxed and inviting ambiance.

The color palette sets the stage for this coastal haven. The cream walls with crisp white trim provide a neutral backdrop that allows other design elements to shine while the warm taupe-gray accent wall adds depth and dimension. The bathroom showcases a striking geometric patterned navy and white wallpaper, capturing the essence of nautical motifs.

Natural materials take center stage, infusing the space with warmth and character. Reclaimed oak adorns the console table, exuding rustic coastal charm, while rich, red-toned wood in the new luxury vinyl plank flooring, dining table, and custom millwork column lend an air of sophistication.

The kitchen has undergone a complete renovation, boasting navy lower cabinets that anchor the space and off-white upper cabinets that create an open and airy atmosphere. Clean, contemporary open floating shelving showcases curated treasures, while Calcutta Gold Quartz countertops exude timeless sophistication. 

In the bedroom, a shiplap feature wall exudes coastal charm, setting the stage for relaxation. Wooden table lamps with textural elements bring warmth and personality, while a storage bed provides much-needed functionality and organization.
