A former ice cream factory was made into condos. Poor lighting, improperly installed maple floors, and an open floor plan created a variety of client challenges.

The artwork over the fireplace was the inspiration for this contemporary design. Small scale furniture was used to create enough seating for six. Using loveseats and armless chairs kept the space feeling larger than it actually was.
