At KD Designs Custom Interiors, Owner & Interior Designer Krista Shugars and Associate Designer Bethany Finn are passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces that enhance clients’ lives. With a foundation rooted in design from Krista’s family legacy and her corporate background in sales and management, the team delivers well-managed projects that reflect each client’s unique lifestyle. Bethany, who joined in 2021, brings energy and creativity to every design, aiming to craft interiors that feel as good as they look. From their commercial design space in Hanover, MD, KD Designs combines expertise, personalization, and a love for helping clients feel at home.

Annapolis is a city in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and is located on the Chesapeake Bay. Its historic district includes 18th-century brick houses and the domed 1700s Maryland State House. On Church Circle, the Romanesque-style St. Anne’s Episcopal Church has Tiffany glass windows and a historic cemetery. The sprawling waterfront grounds of the United States Naval Academy feature beaux arts architecture, monuments and a naval history museum.
